About Kristi Nelson

Kristi Nelson lists and sells property primarily on Bainbridge Island and North Kitsap. This 37 year old mother of two toddlers acquired her real estate license in 1994.

In 1998 she relocated to Bainbridge Island from Dallas, Texas and married her husband, Doug. Having earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of North Texas, Kristi is an expert at marketing and negotiation.She has earned 2 real estate specialist designations through her career- the highly respected Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and the Accredited Buyer Representative designation.

She also has extensive experience in new construction having held a general contractors license and personally managing the construction of 4 homes from design to actual finish.

For fun, Kristi enjoys traveling, interior design, reading and playing with her children.
